How's this for a stupid idea: a lawmaker in Virginia wants any woman who has a miscarriage to have to report it to the cops within 12 hours or face a large fine and possible jail time. Presumably its an attempt to forestall the use of things like the so called morning after pill. Certainly its a good example of what some people think of women.
