No Idea Is Too Stupid...
...that someone won't believe it. A good example I just came across is that stage magicians have actual magic powers, which are given to them by demons. You can find more than one YouTube uploader who has posted a video or ten "proving" this is the case. If that's the kind of thing demons actually do it seems they must have too much time on their hands.

Today's Dumbdumb.
Obviously there are zillions I could choose from. But today I will highlight a very local one. I live a couple of blocks from Sid Buckwold Park. Sometimes people park cars they have for sale by the park on McKercher Drive, hoping to get some cheap advertising. Today someone parked their for sale red Ford Taurus by the park. Just about right in the middle of the bus stop, by the bus shelter and its associated garbage can/bench. I seriously can't imagine how they could miss them, along with the associated bus stop signs in front and behind where they parked.
I suspect they won't enjoy the parking ticket they're certain to get, or having to get their vehicle out of impound if it ends up being towed.

Your insults need a lot of work. They're lacking in originality and creativity.

Heed The Warning.
"Don't try this at home," and its variations, may seem cliche. But you should take such warnings very seriously. Back in October Saskatoon resident Dylan Ernest Gibson, and his friend Aaron Stonehouse, were injured when the pipe bomb Gibson had made blew up. Gibson, a young machinist, lost his left hand. And he may be facing jail time after pleading guilty Thursday to a charge of breaching his legal duty of care towards explosives.
But Gibson wasn't a wannabe bomber. Rather he apparently was inspired by watching Mythbusters, to see if he could make a working pipe bomb.. Unlike the Mythbuster crew, who have extensive experience working with explosives, and use them in extremely controlled conditions, Gibson built the device in his parent's garage. It blew up when he tried to drill a hole into it to gain access to the contents, reportedly after forgetting to install a fuse. Now, because he was foolish, Gibson is minus a hand, which probably will hamper his career as a machinist, and he will probably have a criminal record and face jail time.
So remember, when you're told not to try something at home, don't try it at home, no matter how smart you think you are.

Public Stupidity.
Today there were a couple of protesters in front of Saskatoon City Hall. "911 Was An Inside Job!" stated the sign carried by one. Having other things to do I didn't bother to get closer and find out what version of the theory they believed in. Not that it really matters, the theories that have been widely publicised are all equally full of holes and far more baroque than any credible "the US gubmint did it!' theory needs to be. Whoever these people were they apparently aren't making much of an impact if only two of them showed up. And why they would be out there protesting in the first place is beyond me. The City of Saskatoon has no influence on or connection with Canadian foreign policy.

Gotta love those loons at PETA. I was reading in the local paper today that a Newfoundland billboard company has decided not to rent its billboards to the group to present posters than claim feeding children beef is child abuse. This is apparently not a new campaign, but is just now being tried in the Maritimes. In any case its a stupid idea. You are hardly going to convince people to stop eating meat by comparing them with child abusers. Sometimes PETA seems to behave like a parody of an activist group, saying and doing things that if they were presented as part of a comedy sketch you'd laugh at, but in the real world make them look very stupid.
