It's Alive!

But barely.  I really need to write some more, don't I? 

G Is King.

Looking at my posts this month I just noticed that so far only one hasn't begun with G.  This one won't change that.  I didn't do this on purpose, it's just one of those funny things that happens when you aren't paying attention.

The Cold Didn't Get Me.

I just haven't found anything to write about lately.  Not even the freezing cold here.  Things have improved slightly, but I'd still like it to be at least 10 degrees warmer.

Low Output.

Sorry for the lack of blogging here lately.  As is often the case I get ideas while doing something else, but by the time I get the chance to write them something else has attracted my attention.  Hopefully I can turn that around a bit.

Blogger Ate My Post.

I'd Better Hurry Up.

Recently I noticed that I'm approaching the 3000 post mark.  So I got to thinking that I could reach that milestone this year.  But, as you can see from my recent output I'm really going to have to speed things up to make that happen. 

The Big Money Rolls In.

Serisouly, I'm going to be rich soon.  Yesterday I made a whole one cent from advertising on the blog.  With revenue like that I'll soon be rolling in it.

Seriously though, if you're thinking blogging is the way to massive riches, it isn't.

Ugh, That Last Post!

I had real problems getting it readable.  But finally it looks right.  Sorry for the annoyance.

You'll Never Read Them.

I was thinking about comments I've made to various websites over the years.  I think some of them are the best things I've written online, often better than the things that get posted here.  But you'll never read them unless you happen to visit those websites.  I guess I need to up my game here.

I Need A Janitor.

Or maybe a better term is minion.  I just spent several minutes deleting a bunch of Indonesian spam comments.  What a pain in the ass.  I guess I need to pay more attention to the comments.

Slow Patch.

No, last week's little health problem didn't do me in.  I'm just going through a bit of a slow patch.  I'm planning on things picking up a bit here soon.

More Output!

Yes, I need to write more here.  Seriously, 10 posts in three weeks?  Unacceptable!

Tagging Up.

Lately I've been adding tags to some of my old blog posts.  As always it's really interesting to see the kind of things I wrote in the past, some of which I wouldn't write now because some of my attitudes have changed.  And of course it's interesting how many posts I used to write.  It would be great to put out that amount of posts again.

Pathetic.

The month is half gone, and this is only the fourth post I've written.  This is definitely not acceptable. 

I'm Lazy.

There's this post I could write, but at the moment I can't make myself get off my ass and write it.  After all, who wants to put out much effort on a Sunday?

When I Rule The World 26.

Everyone will have to read this blog at least twice a day.  It won't matter whether I've written anything lately or not.

More Than I Thought.

The death of hockey great Jean Beliveau got me thinking about hockey and this blog.  I don't watch hockey, as I'm not a fan.  Yeah, there are Canadians that don't pay attention to hockey.  I assumed I haven't mentioned it much here as a result.  But when I did a search I found that hockey has come up here more than I thought.  The number of posts that primarily deal with hockey is small, but they are there.  I even have a hockey tag.  It just shows how much of an effect the sport has on Canadian culture whether you're a fan or not.

I Was Right.

The visitor count did jump up today.  Not hugely, but anything is better than zero.

In other boring to probably everyone else news I suspect this may be a 200 or more post year on the blog.  I haven't had a 200 plus post year since 2006.

I Had An Idea For A Post...

...but the title sounded like a bad come on or something.  No, I won't tell you what that title was.  To do so would result in the crime against taste I'm trying to avoid by not posting it.

Yeah, not much going on here of late.  I just haven't been finding things to write about.  I suppose I should force myself to write something to keep traffic up.
