Gas In Saskatoon, November 3, 2017.

This was not a good week for Saskatoon drivers.  Gas in Saskatoon has jumped to 116.9 cents a litre at most locations.  It's been a good while since the price has been this high, and that big a jump in one week is not something most drivers were expecting.
