Expect More.

This morning  CBC Radio's World Report newscast included a report on a Quebec tattoo removal salon that is under fire.  18 customers have complained that they now have permanent scars as a result of the salon's methods, which the company disputes.  Given the rising number of people with tattoos and other forms of body modification these days I suspect we're going to hear an increasing number of such stories over the next few years.  Given the processes involved in such things an inept or negligent operation could get a lot of people hurt.  The biggest risk comes from anyone who doesn't follow health precautions rigorously, so hopefully we won't hear of a bad tattoo shop infecting a bunch of people with something like hepatitis.
