Gas In Saskatoon, May 17, 2013.

The price has gone up again.  Gas in Saskatoon is now 129.9 cents a litre at most locations.  Supposedly problems with a refinery in Alberta have caused the jump, but since this is Saskatchewan I'm a bit skeptical.
